"The room was nice and spacious but cleaning standards are not there. We found shaving residue in the bathroom mirror and sink and hair on the pillowcases indicating cleaning from previous guest was approximative. We request new pillowcases that were supplied, funny enough we changed them and the dirty ones were left on the floor but housekeeping did not pick them up for 2 days. It might be their cleaning standards ( looking at reviews from previous users , people do settle for less these days)....

"We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!) "Excellent location on the edge of Old Town. Property modern and as described. Felt secure with 24 hour reception otherwise a room safe would have been a useful addition. Very clean and quiet during our stay. Very good breakfast. All staff very helpful and friendly will definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow."
