Let's start with the positive.... location. Located between two restaurants, near many shops, pharmacies, cafes & about a 5 minute walk from the main square, location is great. Getting to taxi or tram is very simple and the mall is a 15 min walk. Now the negative.... This is an old building with old elevators. The elevator is about the size of a bathroom stall and the doors do not easily fit a stroller. 3 person max & resembles tower of terror. Scary! Elevator even got stuck! The refund policy- even for mistakenly double booking- is firm. After booking the same room for 10 days on two different platforms & immediately canceling one of the reservations, there was NOTHING that could be done. I had never stayed in a hotel with such a ridiculous policy. I will NEVER stay here as a result & I come to Poland yearly. Being that I stayed for 10 days, my hotel room was not cleaned even once. No new towels, no wipe down of bathroom/ kitchen & extra coffee pods come with a fee, as does extra wash pod. There is no a.c.- which is pretty common for the area - but the washing machine had no dryer. After doing laundry you need to hang your clothes around the room to dry. This too is fairly common but you would expect in a hotel room- where people do not stay for too long, a dryer would be available. The acoustics are no joke. There is a court yard and people start working as early as 4 am. We were in the 3rd floor and that sounds travels, frequently washing our toddler

First the warnings: these apartments do NOT have elevators and so you need to climb the stairs to your rooms. Because ceilings are high, each staircase per floor is 26 steps. If you are in poor health and cannot climb with or without your luggage, then do NOT book this place. There is no assistance offered to take your luggage to your room, you have to do it yourself. Secondly, the rooms are not well insulated as these are old buildings so expect to feel cold. Apartments include a washing machine that does NOT have a dryer so you have to air dry your clothes which is very inconvenient if it is winter time as it may take 2 days for thicker clothes to dry. The washroom is not attached to the bedroom. It is across the living room. If you are older and need to pee at night, that is an inconvenience. That said, the apartments have an old world charm, are elegant in their design, bright. While the sofa was very soft, the bed was firm and that helped the back. Service is quick and responsive. Location is within walking distance of all key attractions. The included breakfast is very good and is served to your room between 8am to 1pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got some good cardio with all the stair climbing!

Excellent location just a few steps from the main town square and set in a pretty square of its own with bars and cafes all around. The flat is gloomy and looks into a delapidated courtyard- from the photos of the square I assumed that is what I would see but looking again at the descriptions, I see it doesn’t claim this. Spacious apartment although it doesn’t feel cosy. Just one sofa for up to four people, TV mounted high on the wall and a large bathroom with a small shower cubicle in the corner. It was quite noisy from clanging of doors and people on the stairs. I could hear chairs scraping from the flat above. This was poor soundproofing rather than disruptive guests. The kitchen has enough to prepare simple meals with store cupboard items supplied eg salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There are several grocery stores on the square and on my last evening I discovered a far better option on the main square called Biedronka. It would have been nice for there to be info in the flat with recommendations. Several of the lights weren’t working, not enough for me to bother reception but is the sort of thing that housekeeping should check. I was underwhelmed with the various notices telling me what I could be fined for.

The apartment was very large and very well equipped. It is centrally located with an abundance of shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Our apartment was on the 4th floor of "B" block which doesn't have a lift so it wouldn't be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We would definitely choose to stay here again, albeit on a lower floor.

Det var en veldig fint opphold. Flotte leiligheter som var velutstyrt. Ligger veldig sentralt og i et trygt område. Vi bestilte inkludert frokost, som ble levert på døren ved ønsket tid. Frokost ble levert mellom kl 07 og 13. Bestilte også transport til og fra flyplass. En veldig god service. Skal vi til Krakow igjen, vil jeg bestille her. Er ikke heis i byggene, så ikke pakk alt for tungt.

Bra hotell

Ett hotell som ligger bra til i forhold til shopping og gamlebyen. Lå bra til slik at vi hadde ett rolig og fint opphold. Minuset var at vi fikk rom i 5 etasje uten heis. Men rommet va supert med to balkonger og flott utsikt. Rent og pent og kjempe god frokost som ble levert på døren hver morgen.

Helt ok så lenge du vet hva du kan forvente - vi ble litt overrasket da standarden var noe lavere enn hva vi forventet. Dette er i all hovedsak leiligheter og ikke et hotell, vi bodde i 5. etg uten heis. Frokost leveres som take away til rommet. Alt i alt helt ok, men alt var rent og pent!
