I loved the old world charm of this hotel. They even had A/C in the room, which is rare in Europe. It was clean, the staff was wonderful, and it was easy to get to the square, the old square, and other areas for touring and eating and shopping. They have a restaurant, but I didn't try it. The only drawback was a lack of laundry service.

I was extremely pleased with how large and comfortable this room was for a very reasonable price. The location is wonderful for Kazimierz tourism. I have one major criticism which I hope the hotel will see. The bathroom has a large shower with not one place to put your shower items! If you want to use soap, it has to rest on the floor when you're not holding it! I'm not so picky about things, but having to put your bar of soap on the shower floor is madness.

Alt i alt var vi rigtig godt tilfredse. Bortset fra sidste dag. Der var morgenmad fra 7.00 til 10.00. Vi var nede kl. 8.30. Der var hverken æg, ost, juice eller kaffe og der kom heller ikke noget i den halve time vi sad der. Men bortset fra det var alt i orden og et meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, czysty i stylowy zgodnie z nazwą hotelu. Uwagi: żeby zrobić sobie herbatę w pokoju trzeba prosić o dzbanek na recepcji, standardowo w pokojach jest tylko woda. Poza tym parking jest oddzielnie płatny, 60 zł za dobę, czyli bardzo drogi...

Hotel service very friendly and nice, however no facilities to make a tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room, TV rather old not working properly. Breakfast included in the price which is very good but unfortunately very poor choice of food for the price paid.

Dejligt hotel

Super fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Personalet snakker fint engelsk og er meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Værelserne er dejligt store, så man har god plads. Rengøringen kunne godt have været lidt bedre, men er ikke så slemt at man ikke kan være der.

Superschönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, perfekte Lage in Kazimierz bei vielen Restaurants. Aber auch relativ ruhig nahe an der Weichsel, wo man toll mit dem Hund laufen konnte. Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich! Frühstück war toll und gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Sehr hundefreundlich.

Perfekt beliggenhed.

Vi ankom om aftenen. Desværre talte ingen ved receptionen engelsk, men hun ringede hurtig op til en, som kunne hjælpe. Morgenmaden var fin og hotellet lå perfekt både en gamle by og det jødiske kvarter. Masser af spændende og gode restauranter få meter fra hotellet. Det eneste minus, de havde tisselagner under lagnerne og det kunne mærkes. Man kunne mærke plastikken og det var ulækkert.

hotel położony w dobrej okolicy, choć parkowanie stanowi niejakie wyzwanie. Pokój przestronny, ładnie urządzony. Nähe zum Wawel und der Altstadt. Keine 15 Minuten zu laufen. Kleine Läden ringsum. Auch spät noch geöffnet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück konnten wir uns Zeit lassen Keiner stand mit der Stoppuhr da und das nervige Abräumen fand nicht statt. Wir konnten ganz gemütlich in den Tag starten. Ein kleines nettes Hotel in das wir gerne wiederkommen werden.

Hade en oerhört trevlig helg i Krakow. Hotellet låg alldeles nära både den vackra kanalen med promenadstråk och staden.

ראשית מיקום המלון מעולה במרכז הרובע היהודי. חדרים חביבים ביותר. אין קומקום אבל תמיד מוכנים לתת מים חמים, תה וכו' ללא תשלום. ארוחת בוקר קצת סגפנית אבל אפשר חיהנות. חניה ליד המלון בעלות של 35 זלוטי. הצוות אדיב ועוזר. יש תמורה מלאה למחיר

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par les prestations de l'hôtel Secesja dont l'excellent rapport qualité prix nous a étonné très positivement. Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel de prime abord "un peu froid" par "second choix", notre hôtel de référence sur Cracovie étant plein. La rue de l'hôtel est très calme et est sans vis à vis (sur jardin en face), ce qui permet de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Les chambres de taille très correcte pour Cracovie et agréables. Literie parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est également très agréable. Une situation parfaite au cœur du quartier juif de Cracovie sans avoir les désagréments de bruit d'un quartier qui bouge. Pas de parking à l'hôtel mais nous avons pu garer la voiture à une rue près avec un stationnement payant de 10 h à 20 h pour un prix très accessible pour des bourses françaises. Très bon fonctionnement du wifi. Bref je recommande !
