"I booked this hotel from Expedia on a tight budget. Was very pleasantly surprised to find the hotel is far from budget! The room was immaculately clean, there was no smudge or speck of dust anywhere. The beds were comfortable, and the climate control is very good, even automatically stopping if the window is open. Breakfast was incredible. Fresh salads, meats, breads, fruit, cheeses... There was something different everyday. We were never around for lunch or evenings, but the food looked amazing there too. If you go without a cleaning, you can pick a reward for each day, such as free prosecco, a late check-out, or coffee. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was quiet at night too. Thanks!"

"I absolutely loved the room layout, so convenient!! The whole complex is amazing, convenient location, everything is so lovely. The only thing is that I found a lot of short black hairs (presumably males) all over the towels and the bed sheets, that was a bit disgusting"

"Easy check in and out. We could leave our luggage for the day at reception after checking out, which was helpful. Handy central location in the middle of Krackow. Decent breakfast with a good mix of cooked and continental. Also a good restaurant adjacent with discount for hotel residents. The room was basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a lockable safe. Decor could do with an update in the corridors. We enjoyed our stay."
