A wonderful stay here the gym and leisure facilities were outstanding and the room comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and really enjoyed it although it was expensive in comparison to eating out. Would recommend staying here again for exploring the city.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Krakow, Poland. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily return again in the future. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights here over the weekend with our young children and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The hotel sits within Fabryczna City, a beautifully transformed former state vodka distillery that has been reimagined as a modern residential and office complex. It's a genuinely charming location that retains much of the character from its industrial past, making it a great backdrop for a city break. The hotel itself is modern, clean and spacious, with everything you'd expect from the Mercure brand. Breakfast, served in the hotel's restaurant, was a real highlight; a fantastic spread with plenty of choice, from fresh fruit to made-to-order pancakes (a firm favourite with the kids) and omelettes, alongside a great selection of hot and cold dishes. The facilities are impressive: a large pool, a well-equipped gym, and saunas and cold rooms, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. There are also several restaurants within the Fabryczna City complex for dining options beyond the hotel. Getting into Krakow's Old Town is very straightforward. Trams run regularly and are remarkably good value at just 4PLN per journey, while Bolt taxis are also readily available for a quick and convenient alternative. Above all, the staff made the stay. Friendly, warm and genuinely accommodating; we felt very well looked after throughout. Highly recommended for families visiting Krakow.
