Andava tutto bene tranne il fatto che propongono la stanza per 4 adulti con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto che può ospitare una sola persona. In realtà i posti letto sono 3.

The place is clean but could do with some updating. Lack of plug sockets. We were on the top floor and the lift was still not working from earlier reviews. The cleaners dont enter your room unless you request a change of towels or bed sheets that there is a small charge for. The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great spot for getting around krakow and was quite at night. Would recommend for anyone doing a few days visiting as it's location really is good once you realise how easy it is to get around. Check in is at 3pm and that is when you get the codes for entering the building. See many people in krakow walking round with suitcases so it's a regular thing in krakow. We would go again if visiting krakow.

My daughter and i had a great 5 night stay. The room was plenty big enough for us. We spent most of our time exploring, however the room was comfortable and clean and just what we needed.

If you are coming to Kràkow and just want somewhere to doss down for a couple of nights, then the Old Time Aparthotel is great. I wouldn't recommend it for longer than this nor with children/family as the sofa bed is shockingly solid! Location is OK, about 10/15min walk from the main square, and shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are extremely dated and in need of refurbishment, beds very uncomfortable, and there is no turn down service. To extend your checkout time past 10am they ask for a 5* positive review, so I believe that this is likely why the hotel has such great reviews and high star ratings.

Not a great experience staying here! We got 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed which was very uncomfortable for the two of us. The only saving grace was the location which was quite accessible to the main town centre.

This accommodation looked appealing on the website but was quite different when we arrived. Customers need to be aware that there is no front desk! You must receive a message by text/email for your entry code to the building and entry code to the lock box to access the key to your room. So many people stranded outside and we had to go through the process with them to help them access their room for the five days we were there. The elevator was not working so we had to carry luggage to the third floor. Exhausting after travelling all day. We only received "one" towel (no facecloth or towel) just one towel to shower. To have it replaced, you would be charged for the new towel. Our garbage stayed in the room for the five days we were there as no one came in to check the room or remove the garbage. Also there is no toilet paper provided. If you are using this hotel be sure to have toilet paper with you. We were with four couples and only one room had some. (Probably left over from the last guests). Also there are no refrigerators. So if you are looking to pick up drinks or snacks to keep them cool- you will will not be able to. Thought about getting some ice but could not find it anywhere. One positive of this hotel is that it is near the train/bus station and close to the square.

Our stay was good, main concern is no fridge which would be beneficial especially when the weather is hot. The location is just a short walk to centre of city and to small cafes/restaurants for a good selection of food to suit most if not all tastes. Overall a good place.

Bra läge men trångt och minimalt

Ett trångt litet rum som precis rymmer sängen. Ingen garderob, inga klädhängare/krokar, bara några låga skåp. Hotellet mutar sina gäster att skriva positiva recensioner med löfte om senare utcheckning, så ta med det i värderingen av betyget. Sängen var bra, läget bra, enkel incheckning, rent.

While the room was very nice the air-conditioning hardly worked and the worst thing about the place is, there's no staff!! I was left stranded at 10:30 p.m.! No info, nothing. By chance, a guest helped me to get codes I never received.

It was a great location. I only took points off due to two things- 1) They had a desk to work at, but no chair (I used the table by the couch. 2) The air-conditioning was not enough during the hot summer days (although at night it was cooler). I bought a little fan that helped a lot. And I did not complain (I am sure they would have brought me a chair). Just being picky, but if they had a small fan during the summer months, I'd come back. Communication by them was fantastic, and it was a clean place next to everything you could imagine. Give it a try!
