"There was absolutely NOTHING in this room beyond 2 plastic cups, two towels and two washcloths. I had booked a double room with kitchenette for four people. The kitchen is completely useless as there is NOTHING in it. Not one dish, utensil, pan, sponge. Nothing! Even the bathroom had not even one bar of soap. I guess you get what you pay for as the price was great, just would have appreciated needing to be so much more prepared than a normal hotel."

"Hotel was impeccably clean and attractive, very well kept up with comfortable bed and great shower / tub combo. The Japanese baths were a unique amenity. In my opinion the hotel restaurants were overpriced and although I appreciate the minimalistic approach to the rooms, there wasn’t hardly any space for our luggage and belongings. Overall a great stay. "
