"The rooms were basic but had all the amenities. The breakfast was included and there was an excellent selection for everyone’s taste. The pool was clean and there were lots of sun lounges, the beach and restaurants were a 15min walk away down a well maintained lit pathway."

We had a confirmed booking for four nights since several months, so we refused to move out. Suddenly, there was a room available for the whole stay. It is not acceptable to put the burden on the customer who has planned vacation several months in advance, rather please fix your own problems and improve...
