Really helpful and friendly staff. View of the harbour from our upstairs room and balcony. Easy walk to port,buses old city or sandy beach the other way. Bathroom pretty small but room had a goid feel.

Wonderful stay at Kokoon. Very lush looking hotel and very clean. Location is amazing if you wish to remain close to the ferry station in Parikia and still walk around everywhere. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will visit again. Thank you again.

Perfect hotel in perfect location. Great hosts

Perfect hotel in a perfect location. We had a lovely sea view room (17) and had a great experience at the Kokoon. 10 mins along the front to the main restaurants etc and 10 mins the other way to a lovely beach. Can’t fault it💕. Photo of sunset from the balcony attached😍

Excellent room we had an ocean view which was nice there is no pool but a good beach 5 minute walk Very friendly front desk staff and very helpful. The Ferry port is about 12 minutes carrying luggage very convenient

Beautiful modern hotel

We booked the studio which consisted of two full size bedrooms one with a kitchen. We also had a beautiful patio sheltered with a big tree. The accomodation was perfect and the location was just a 5 minute walk from the port. I would highly recommend kokoon

Good location, the triple room was spacious. New hotel build, old style, which is nice. Problem is they didn’t have an elevator and we were 5 with 4 big bags, carrying them alone with no help over the stairs. Otherwise highly recommended.

The property was very clean and we have an ocean view that was nice. We thought the room was a little too small, even we did not spent much time in the room, when we were there we could not move around without being on top of each other. The bed was king size but super hard in my opinion. The hotel is walking distance to everything in town and very close to the port.

The room was so small - the shower was literally on top of the toilet. When we opened our suitcases there was no space to walk around in the room, we would walk on the bed to crossover. However the service was great, every staff member helped us with a smile!

KOKOON is nice. We were disappointed when we checked in bc the host told us to come to the front desk to pick up a map and learn about the area- when we appeared about 12 minutes later he'd disappeared for a 3 hour break. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. But nothing is offered- no complimentary waters or robes and we received no advice. Fortunately the car rental place- Avant was super helpful. And the hosts were very kind allowing us to park right out front.

We will be back!

We absolutely loved the hospitality at this hotel. Everyone was so lovely and kind and helpful - especially Eva. We will be back simply because we loved them so much. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because our room had lots of little flies and the pillows were not very comfortable. For the flies I'm not sure if this is just an issue in the room we had because we had a garden room and they were outside. It would help if after the cleaning the windows weren't left open I think. For the pillows one was rock hard and the rest were really soft. They were deflate to flat after a couple seconds. To be fair, we didn't try to ask if they had any other kinds of pillows. Despite that, like I said, we will be back because we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is wonderful and a very cozy stay on the island. Our only feedback was that it was loud at night at times (other guests being very loud) and that the water went everywhere if using the big rain shower head. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!
