"Très bon accueil. Mes demandes par e-mail ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'hôtel est très propre, tout comme le parking adjacent. La décoration intérieure de l'hôtel est magnifique (ours rouge dans le hall, masques dans le couloir, grands tableaux...). Les chambres sont également très propres et très spacieuses, tout comme les salles de bains. Il y a des détails qui ne trompent pas : un véritable coin bureau, une cafetière, une bouilloire pour le thé, une véritable armoire, une belle penderie et...

"We stayed for one night and overall had a good experience. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and there were plenty of parking spaces available. However, one of the towels was unfortunately dirty, and the room had a slightly strange smell — a bit old/stuffy. There was also no soap dispenser in the shower. "Easy check-in. Clean room and spacious enough for two people. Lots of satellite channels to choose from. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of things within walking distance, grocery stores restaurants, a mall. Blackout curtains. Comfy beds that also incline so no need for extra pillows. And if you don’t feel like walking to a restaurant, there is a very convenient vending machine directly outside the front doors. Would definitely stay here again! "

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."

"Rien à signaler. J'ai remarqué plus tard que cet hôtel a une assez mauvaise note sur Google Maps mais je ne sais pas pourquoi. Tout était comme prévu, et c'était propre, calme et le wifi semblait fonctionnel (je ne l'ai pas utilisé de manière intensive). En plus il y a pas une station essence moins cher que le carrefour de la ville juste à côté. Le parking était gratuit. "
