Woman at front desk was rude and denied i had a reservation until i showed her my confirmation on my phone. Service staff are flirtatious and always outside my room or blowing kisses, asking for "service m'am" not good for single female travellers.

The room and bathroom were very small and lacked amenities, including a hair dryer and hot water. The toilet and sink shared space with the shower, so once you used the shower the whole bathroom was wet. But outweighing that was the fact that it's across the street from the KL Sentral train station.

Great value family of 6 stay. No windows but knew that when booking and with good air con was irrelevant to us. Allowed us to check in early and cjeck out an hour later. Nice shopping plaza just across the street and it connects to main train station.

The room had no windows
The room is no window, when I booked, didn’t mention it. The room had some smell but the staff fixed it. The hotel is close to KL central station and shopping centre.

3 weeks of sleep deprivation!! They are "enforcing" the no alcohol rule. But only partially. So drunk jerks are coming in at all hours & setting off their door alarm. 11:08 (23:08), 1:45, 4:26, 5:18 because they are going back out to buy booze. Not once in 3 weeks did staff come to the floor to check out why the door security alarms were going off repeatedly through the night. Also the no smoking rule is *not* enforced. So sometimes there's smoke smell in your room (especially in the middle of the night) and you have to turn on the bathroom fan/light to clear the room. Then it's hard to sleep between the light & constant traffic noise, the door security alarms going off all night and occasionally cigarette smoke. You can't take a nap during the day because of the traffic noise increasing AND through some brilliance the staff communicate with walk talkies. So there's "clatter" from the walk talkies all day!! Sure, staff will give you a cheerful hello as you come and go, but what would really be nice is a GOOD NIGHT SLEEP!!! The room has a problem with the lights. Sometimes it doesn't come on, sometimes it flickers for a while before coming on. The fan in the room makes a horrible screeching noise (fingernails on chalk board). The blackout curtain doesn't fully "blackout" the light. The safe is just a drawer with a simple small key lock -- that's broken!! Worst Hotel I ever stayed before
It was terrible as the room was so dusty and dirty.. we doubt that the beds has bed bugs because our skin was itchy the whole day.. We wonder if they really cleaned and sanitised the room or not.. besides, the service was so bad especially the malay receptionist was rude to us.. It was seriously a bad stay for us..

All the staff welcomed you with a smile. It is an ideal budget hotel for a short stay in KL. I have stayed in this area many times before as a single traveler, it is ideal to catch coaches to and from the airport. As with this hotel there is always somebody on the front desk 24/7 so you feel safe and secure. This time I traveled with my family and booked a larger room. We stayed three nights, the room was small and so we lived on top of one another.The room was cleaned on a daily basis. When we came to pack on the last night we noticed certain items missing. We double checked at the time and checked again at home, we no longer pocess those items. Obviously you can draw conclusions but without proof you cannot call anybody a thief. The items missing belonged to my wife. We informed the hotel and my wife got the police involved but without proof it is one's word against another's. I travel a lot and have developed a habit of locking all my possessions in a bag if I ever leave a hotel room, it is a bind but I tend never to lose anything. I imagine many people lose items when traveling and put it down to carelessness. The only people who should of had access to our room would have been ourselves and the cleaning staff, no outsiders would have been able to gain access to the hotel and consequently our room.....I will stop now before I incriminate myself.

Great location on KL Sentral, however room has no window and unless the aircondition is running, strange smell in the room. Air condition was not cleaned probably for long time as after start, dust and dirt flew out of it. Not worth to pay for breakfast as it is served in near bistro and what we have been served can't be really called bistro (not mentioning dirty cups in which we were served tea / coffee)

Kind of old, comfortable though, great service. Out of the six hotels we stayed in this trip, this was the only hotel where we were provided with a complimentary drink while checking in. Felt very welcome.

Great budget hotel.
Stayed for one night after arriving into Kuala Lumpur. Staff at front counter were extremely helpful and informative. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, no complaints whatsoever. Area is amazing, local food, large shopping mall and Sentral train station, all on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

Good descent budget hotel for transitional stay.
Good descent budget hotel. Suitable for those who need to transit to and from airport and other states in Malaysia as it’s best to Kuala Lumpur Sentral station. Nothing too fantastic near the hotel except good local Indian foods. . However, the nu mall across the hotel is a nice shopping mall.

Great location opposite to KL Sentral. Thanks was the prime reason for my wife and I to choose it. Clean accomodation but no sound proofing and I could hear other conversation and noise from other rooms. Rooms are very small. Because of this I booked and paid for a 3 bedder even though it was just the teo of us. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location close to Sentral station
Stayed here for a night before catching a train, location is within short walking distance to the station and there are a number of bars/restaurants in close proximity, as well as a big shopping centre. The room was very very small, but apart from that it was all good, very clean and comfortable bed.

Het verblijf was bijzonder prettig en zag er keurig uit. Alleen deze kamer had geen ramen. Voor mij geen probleem omdat ik er maar twee nachten verbleef. En niet te vergeten de prijs is zeer goed voor een prima bed uitstekende douche.
