The kitchen cabinets were in poor condition and there's an ant problem. Other than that, all amenities were conveniently provided. The caretaker Ethan was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems.

This is an excellent property. 10 out of 10 gor everything. The eternity pool was the best. Only downer was that we were only given one room key and that created a major issue for us. Will come here again Only if we can have 2 keys.

ホテルcom記載内容と異なる部屋だった

予約していた部屋(tower B)にオーナー側のミスにより他の部屋を予約していた方が既にチェックインしてしまっていた。そのためtower Aにある別の部屋に通されたが小さなダブルベッド一つのとても粗末な部屋だったためオーナーにクレームし、当該他の予約者を退去させ翌日から当初予約していた部屋に移ることになった。しかしこの部屋がホテルcomサイトに掲載されていた内容と異なり(洗濯機がなかった)且つ洗っているとはいえ沁みだらけのタオルケット、トイレのジェットシャワーの酷い水漏れがあったため再度オーナーにクレームを行なった。これに対しオーナーは、ホテルcomに掲載の部屋は一例であり間取りや設備など必ずしも一致する部屋が提供されるわけではないとの返答があったため、僕からそれは酷い、ホテルcomの情報を信じ、記載通りの部屋が得られると思って予約しているのであり、半ば詐欺的なやり方ではないかと質した。オーナーは、今はこの部屋しか空いてないとしか言わないため、この状況をホテルcomに報告する旨告げ、仕方なくこの部屋にその後三日間滞在することにした。部屋自体は綺麗でベッドもサイト記載通り二台あったので滞在に大きな支障はなかったが、今後ホテルcomサイトを利用することは無いと思う。記載内容と異なる部屋(有ると記載されてるものが無い)をあてがわれたのだから一部返金を請求したいと思うくらい不快な思いをした正月旅行となった。
