Very pathetic hotel, poor service from staff
Very pathetic hotel, poor service from staff & management , no cooperation to guest, basic amenities missing in hotel. Would not suggest anyone to stay there even at free of cost.

Very good. Especially the infinity pool. I enjoyed the MBS feel there eventhough it is not that high it is still has a pretty nice night view.

Nice view of KL SKYLINE
The hotel has superb facilities! However, be prepared of the ff: 1. Universal charger as they don’t provide one. 2. UBER or take a cab a lot since there’s no McD nearby. 3. Pool area closes at 10 pm.

Terrible Terrible Hotel, Stay Away!!!
I booked this hotel because, honestly, the photos looked so good with reasonable price. However, when I arrived with my friends, we soon realized that the service by the staff was simply... non-existent. There was zero room cleaning service, even if you try to call them for room service they would not respond to you. So, we try to request for individual items. To request for something as simple as a towel took 5 calls, and a request for replenishing the bathroom supplies took 3 calls. You practically have to beg the hotel staff to get you your needs. The room we stayed at has a strong musty smell, don't think anyone has stayed there for a while. We actually told the hotel staff to switch the room, but to no one's surprise there was no response! The Wifi in the hotel just simply doesn't work the majority of the time! We had to tether from a 4G SIM card even though we were in the hotel! Seriously, save your money and go to another hotel in the area. This hotel is not worth your time- I am simply not sure how this hotel is getting more than a 2.0 average rating.

Our shower had excessive mold. The bathroom was dirty. The dresser has sticky stuff from the previous guests food & drinks. We were moved to a room that was slightly better.

Overall, disappointing
I spent more money than I usually would on this hotel hoping it would be a special break away. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it unless you want to try the pool out for a night. Pros:- 1. Pool and gym area. You're really just paying extra for this. Without it it's just a 3 star hotel in an average-poor area. 2. Close to train station and 7 Eleven shop. 3. Comfortable bed. Cons:- 1. The hotel check-in took a long time because they apparently had no record of my hotels.com reservation. Eventually it was sorted out. One friendly receptionist and one not so friendly. 2. I would rate the room 3 stars.. overall finish was not good and we kept tripping over due to poor design layout. 3. Housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights and the room was only cleaned once. They did attempt to clean it a second time but 6pm is not acceptable when you've been out all day. 4. Wifi. Really poor connection which we weren't expecting for a 4 star hotel. There are a few TV channels in English but the signal kept cutting out so we gave up.

Not a free parking. Just a little discount given. And the day I checked-out, not a single word comes out from the staff there. Like a robot. When I asked, "is that all?", he just put a little smile and didn't really want to look at me. Worst hotel staff ever.

First time in Kuala Lumpur
We are very happy to stay at D’Majestic Place by Swiss Garden. We got there around 12:30pm they let us check in earlier instead of 2pm. Hotel closed to local eateries. The rooftop infinity pool is a plus with a view of twin towers. Gym, sauna and steam room You can use during your stay. Front desk staffs are very helpful. They called Grab car ( Uber) for you to go places you wish to go. Compare to taxi it cost more. The Pudu plaza just a few blocks walk. If you wish to take the metro is close by also. I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

The hotel was good with very beautiful view from the roof swimming pool. The area behind it was a bit poor and not very clean. Not too far from city center and time square.

Badly Maintain Hotel
Was given a really bad maintained room at first with a damp smell and chipped ceiling. Requested to change after a while and was given a perfumed room after 30 minutes. The hotel is only 2 years old but it was badly maintained. My advice is to get something else if you’re paying this rate. The only good thing about this place is the pool.

Hot water last for only 5 mins. Service was non-exsistence. Pool is nice with great view. Room tv remote was not working. Called service but no one answered. Wifi was NOT working for all days, it just says upgrading everyday. No free Parking

Great stay
Generally the hotel is good but I personally find the private toilet and shower room very tight and small, also the two single beds are very tiny to my likings. The swimming pool at the roof top was just superb, well equipped with sauna and steam rooms also attached is a gym.

Good rooftop & infinity pool
Good check-in service. Room smelt mildly of old cigarette smoke even though non smoking room 2 Single beds with feather pillows. Good TV Channels. Very strange bathroom set up - no real privacy as all frosted glass door on toilet and shower but no walls between beds a shower; just a mirror as a divider. Rooftop area & infinity pool were very good - we got up early to see sunrise and it was lovely, then went for a swim later and very nice. Pool tiles are a bit tired/chipped but it doesn't detract from the views. There's a 7/11 directly attached to the hotel so easy fro breakfast. Some good places to eat close to hotel too. Its about 50 minutes from the airport, around 110MYR by taxi.

The hot water supply in the room is not consistent. You need to pay for the parking which is unusual for hotel. Normally hotel guest will be able to park their vehicle for free.

Pesticide all over the floor. Apparently they choose public holiday to do this pest control. Bath room smell so bad. Unable to change room perhaps we got it cheap for a 4 stars. So despite room being smelly, we were not entitled to change room. Reason given was room all fully booked when car park was so empty. No free parking or complimentary parking fee. Not stated in web page i suppose. Anyway despite the fact that i have asked several time about this at the lobby i was not told about the cut off time for the daily charge. Park one night charge for 2 days fee. Excellent! Room is actualy comfy. And staff are quite attentive. Pool view is stunning. Lobby overwhelmmed by cheap perfume i wonder why. Most probably i wont be welcome back. And i probably wont wanna be back. Thanks. Plus point, the hotel is surrounded with chinese food stall and near to town centre.

Clean nice location with LRT, Monorail access. Eatery and night area for good food. 7-Eleven just at the side of Hotel Entrance. Carpark access and secured.

Disappointing
Reach the hotel but was disappointed with the service as the app put free parking but was told it's not free and the staff told the carpark do not belong to them. The room was dirty as it was not sweep properly cause can see left over rubbish and hair from previous staying. It's really dissappointing this will be my first and last will be staying there.

Hotel is good, but it end up with MYR 14 for self parking per day. The Self parking costs MYR 5 per stay is only valid with 6pm~7am. So the hotel is limit business trip person with car only back hotel after 6pm and need to out hotel before 7am. Please update the "Optional extras" on this hotel

Overall room is clean and comfortable. But there is a problem, I have book and paid for a bigger room which is Studio Chic, during check in, I was told that they no longer have this room and they offer me with free breakfast.....the breakfast....very basic food and limited choice. Not worth the money.

Infinity pool is fabulous, but service not great
The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. However, during our stay staff and service was poor, check in took over 20 mins and everytime we needed something from reception you had to wait a long time to speak with staff as they were mostly unavailable and very slow when dealing with queries/clients. The infinity pool is amazing with views to Kuala Lumpur and definitely the best thing about this hotel. Worth staying here just for the pool/views.

Very very very bad!
It was a miserable + traumatize trip ever... I booked via hotel.com for D majestic hotel, but end up with feeling disappointed, frustrated, clueless and helpless, i went there to check in the hotel, was informed that actually i din managed to get the room, all the rooms were fully occupied!!!! I was like " what?! I just booked it 2 weeks ago" i got receipt and email as prove, the front counter receptionist want me to print it out and refuse to give me a room instead.. and asked me to change to another hotel under swiss garden as well, but what just happen? I don get any compensation,after been kicked out like that? Is so time consuming and my mood was just ruined -*angry*

Great pool, regular stay !
The hightlight of this hotel is definitely the infinity pool with a great view. The rest is good, the staff in the front desk could be a little more friendly I think.. we arrived early, around 10am and our plan was to leave the luggages there to visit the Batu caves and I could not speak a word before the men in the front desk with a angry face said that the check in was a 2pm. It was not even my plan to request an early check in .... after I told him we just want to leave the bags, his face went from angry to serious and was just the same with the rest of the front desk staff. Is not like they didn't do a good job, actually check in and out is was really fast but is not the attitude that I'm looking for after a long trip and to spend my vacations...so now that I saw the pool I wont stay here again.

Nothing to complain but the car park
the hotel car park is manage by different management and those hotel's staffs are not familiar with it. Initially, i thought the parking is charge RM5/entry. In fact, the parking charge RM5/entry/day after 7am. It is accumulate of RM5, even hotel guest also not giving any discount or waiver.

We arrived the hotel at 3:45 pm and they said the room is not ready and the hotel is fully booked. We stay at the lobby almost 1 hour to wait the room to be cleaned and ready to check-in. In the 2nd day of stay, we asked the room service to clean the room after we went out. They had cleaned the room, but those shampoo and bathing kit and tissue didn't refilled. when we come back at night and called for their assistant to refill. we waited more than half and hours to get the stuff. I wont consider to stay in this hotel in the next travel to KUL.

Comfortable stay with local yumme food Pudu
Very good location hotel at Pudy zone.. can sample all yumme food especially Chicken claypot rice ; Taipo mee.. ideal location! Only swimming towel need to request from housekeeping.. can be made more user friendly to the infinity pool at Level 20!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, amazing staff especially Paula ! Couldn't recommend a nicer place to stay. Room was big and amazing, very clean and no noise. Really close to the shopping mall and different places to eat are close.

Customer service is very poor, no smiles,proud and just said they are full and they didn't have our booking without checking when we told her we have a booking through Hotel.com Poor maintenance for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom door unable to open completely as the ceiling light frame was loose and so it blocked the doorway. When told to change, gave us another room but on arrival the room was not cleaned yet. We were made to go up and down with our luggage till we demanded that they give us a proper ready room.If room is not ready, they should have the courtesy to ask us to wait at the lobby till room is ready. When we had a room, the socket for the coffee bar is loose and out of position. We will not book this hotel anymore. It is really disappointing for a Swiss Garden Hotel group. It is below our expectation.

D'Majestic Hotel Pudu Area Kuala Lumpur
Great Hotel within the area. But water drainage in the shower may be choked so water is slow in flowing out. Otherwise the front of hotel is consider good location. But the back of hotel area seems a little more unsafe and complicated. Not recommended to visit the back area when female traveler is alone. Hotel Room does not have a Do Not Disturb sign.

Hotel with nice infinity pool view
The infinity pool view blow my mind. Get up to the pool early morning to see the KL city view under morning fog. Spectacular hill view behind city and morning sunrise.

the stay and room was good but the air con was really bad for the bedroom. the service guy was not accommodative and not helpful. We have to carry the bed in the living room ourselves in order to have our sleep. Hope the hotel look into this. No fan to accommodate to the guests over their own shortfall. The answer given by the service guy was that they are not a five star hotel. Understand on the full house but not the inappropriate service.
