Check in process is troublesome, phone call does not help, need download whatapp. No luggage storage area, need to put luggage in the room (only available before next guest arrive and need to contact property via WhatsApp to retrieve luggage

No cleaning after first day stay. Not allow to pool area after 10:00pm. The only reason why I booked this hotel room was to celebrate new year countdown at the pool area. However the hotel ruined my new year celebration. Room is big enough but not neat.
