Unpleasant check-in experience. The person-in-charge of the property did not answer my calls (4-5 call attempts) upon check-in time @ 3pm. The person-in-charge only gave check-in instructions via Whatsapp 1.5 hours later. The entire studio (open space concept) only has 1 A/C unit which is not able to cool down the entire space. An additional ceiling fan is necessary.

Hi sorry for any inconvenient ..First of all we didnt get your contact number upon your booking thats why we couldnt contact n update u early ..after we got your contact details than we whatsap u immediately ..Second thing about the aircond ,the entire room is just a studio unit with size around 330sqft like hotel size and have 1.5hp aircond is more than enough for the entire room ..no need to used any additional aircond or what ..sometimes the aircond setting is not right and u need to adjust than fan speed n temperature only ..as we mention if hve any problem just let us know so we can guide u immediately to solve any of your problem ..lastly thank you for staying with us and sorry once again for any inconvenient during your stay ..

Cheap but shabby and in poor condition. Shower curtain rail fell off, glassware was dirty, mattress was very old and sagging, lots of scuffs and marks on the walls, almost no toilet paper, grout on sink very mouldy and coming away from the wall. We cancelled our second booking and didn’t finish our first.

If you’re looking for a traveler nightmare.. look no further!! The place isn’t at all what it looked in the pics, not to mention the staff who couldn’t care less if you’re comfortable, happy. KL is beautiful don’t let this property mess that up for ya!

I had a lovely stay, self check-in was easy. The view was amazing and the owner was very friendly. The only downside is the indoor parking was quite expensive (RM25)

It had large windows and we need not close the curtains as it was not facing other units. Has a hairdryer, m/wave, washing machine, iron & board, TV. Bathroom was spacious. Nice and cozy for a romantic getaway we had for 1 night

위치는 주변에 이케아나 커브 쇼핑몰 에는 가깝습니다. 주차는 건물 주차장에 하면 되는데 주차비가 비싼 편입니다. 전반적으로 숙소 관리가 잘 안되어 있는듯 했습니다. 건물이 오래된거 같지 않으나 가구나 벽 페이트 등이 관리가 잘 안되어 있어 낡은 느낌을 주었습니다. 하루밤만 묵고 가기에는 가성비 있으나 연박하는 것은 비 추천 합니다.

オススメではありません
キッチン、調理器具があるときいていましたが、とても料理ができる環境とは言えません。料理をしないつもりでの滞在なら良いかもしれませんが、クーラーから汚いと水が垂れてきてベッドの上に落ちてきたりと、残念ながら難ありなお部屋でした。が、ホテルとしては要望をなるべく叶えようと努力してくださった部分もありました！！

Thak you for your respond..As we stated we didnt provide any kitchen for u to cook and in our listing also we didnt provide any details stated it is suitable for cooking but than u insist to cook like u are staying at your own home and u are requesting so many things.We still try our best to provide induction cooker for u to have some minor cooking ..By the time u book we already mention everything to u and we dont know what is your intention by still booking even u already know about the situation.. Than u purposely make the complaint about everything ..Anyway we are sorry once again for any inconvenient perhaps we can improve to serve u better next time..
