The hotel is about couple of minutes walking distance to KL Sentral. It’s in an Indian neighborhood. The lobby and hallways are clean but there was a dead roach in the hallway and one that I killed in my room. Can’t complain because the room was free except for the taxes. The towels were brownish and nasty. Grabbed a fresh one from the lobby and it was better? Only stayed for one night. But hey can’t complain since it was practically free!

It is good. But first day they offer 2 small rooms for us. It was difficult because 2 children and faher and mother. They told the room booked by us under repair. But next 2 days gave the required room(2 double bed and attached bathroom). Space is tight and difficult with luggage. Friendly management

Avoid at all costs
Don’t even dare leave anything in your room if you’re staying more than one night! Hotel staff checked out and had my room cleaned up (with personal items missing and drinks discarded) owing to apparent miscommunication and mix-up with another room number. Pray tell me how and why would someone check out when so much stuff is left behind in the hotel room (It’s obviously the wrong room!). Overall, maintenance also lacking and small roaches seen running around the floor. Very bad soundproofing (corridor talk and other sounds in neighbouring rooms easily heard) and also stench of smoking wafted into the room several times. Well that explains, you get what you pay (little) for!

Always Happy to Stay at EuroLife
I always love staying at EuroLife because I know exactly what to expect. It's going to be a tiny room, but somehow still stocked with everything I need - toiletries, fridge, hairdryer, electric tea kettle, and great aircon. No matter what time of day or night I arrive, there's always going to be an exceptionally helpful and kind person working the front desk. And, when I get up in the morning to hustle off to my bus, I'm always thankful that I chose to stay at a hotel so incredibly close to the bus station.

worst experience from your website, i booked 27th april 2019, but i called the hotel ,they say there is no confirmation from hotels.com , i have call your representative, and once i call hotel, but they replied the room is not available what i book , they alloted 2 separate rooms 1 in ground floor and 5th floor, the next day they allocated family room but with no window , there is no emergency gen set , last 2 days there is no power in night times m we cannot sleep ,

Not clean enough
Stayed in a family room #301 on 30 Mar 2019 having 1 big bed, 1 small bed and a window. Fast wifi in room. Water boiler, 3 bottles of water and small fridge are appreciated. Whether the swing mode is off or on, aircon was still shaking and making noise. Overall ok to stay but not clean enough (the floor under beds, stains in bed sheets). I'm ok with stains from previous guests as it is just the color which stays on after the washing, not dirty. Just that when we slept on the beds, we didn't have the feeling of clean and newly made beds like in other hotels of the same price. Asked the Housekeeper and he said bed sheets were always changed. Maybe the layers under the bed sheet have not been changed or washed for a while or the bed sheets are not new enough to give the clean feelings. As we had made another booking long time ago, the next day we checked out to check in another room which was a Deluxe #503 and we liked this room more even though it's smaller & has no window. Quiet and effective aircon. Nice staff at Lobby and Housekeeping but sorry next time I'll choose newer hotels.

Simple budget hotel
Simple and clean budget hotel. Great location - 5 min walk to KL Sentral. Staff members are helpful, but breakfast is not available as advertised.

Cold air conditioning, warm shower, convenient to have kettle and fridge. I prefer not to have housekeeping but they gladly gave coffee to cover the days I was there. Ant problem on the kettle table and bathroom sink. Close to the mall for shopping and a great gym in the mall Celebrity Fitness. Buses, metro, subway all just a few minutes away. 12 ringgit for a bus to or from the airport to KL Sentral. Lots of restaurants with varying prices to choose from. Be sure to count your change and get a receipt from the 7/11 that faces the main mall. Tried to short change me twice.

Very very very poor service given.
Receptionist on duty: Tira It was a very unpleasant experience with my recent stay at Euro Life Hotel KL Central on 7th-Nov-2018. I went to the hotel early before check in time to drop in my luggage bag first before my meeting in the afternoon. Upon my arrival, I checked with the front desk, where could I place my luggage, the receptionist simply pointed at somewhere beside the stair where everyone could easily pass by and walk through. I double confirmed with her whether this is safe to place it there, she said: “Everyone does the same. It’s safe.” I then placed my luggage bag as where she pointed. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, while doing my check in, I checked with the same receptionist about my luggage bag. They then find out my luggage bag was missing! To make the story short, the luggage bag was missing for a night, the terrible part was the hotel & receptionist was trying to ignore and push away the responsibility by asking me to make a police report instead. I was also being blamed by the receptionist to place my luggage bag in the hotel, to make a lot of trouble for them… After going through many hassling processes, the hotel owner then tried to give away RM 200 to settle with this case! Not to mention it’s not even enough for the luggage bag itself, but the important stuffs in the bag cannot be settled by this only… After a long night of tiring and miserable happening, just couldn’t wait to have a good res

Room was very small, limited hot water in the bathroom, etc... I can manage with such room size for short stays but I may not stay again in this hotel as there are better choices in this region for similar price.

Booked based on good reviews. Real situation is not as good . Toilet closet leaked , bath shower without hose and only head shower. Chair is so tiny & shaky that I almost fell off if not being careful. Only good point is the receptionist is helpful

Decent little hotel , near KL Sentral
slightly more expensive budget hotel in kl sentral, room a little smaller than some but comfortable, very good bed, wifi and shower. The young lady who was at reception was most helpful... thank you

Great Place by Nu Sentral
I booked this room because it was close to the Nu Sentral train/bus/everything station and wasn't really expecting much because of the low price in such a key location. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a tiny little room, but they pack everything you could want into that little room- fridge, hair dryer, private bathroom, hot water kettle, tv, safe, place to hang your clothes. Also, I got in at 4am and the night desk guy was awake and ready with my reservation, despite me not giving them any forewarning that I would be coming in late. He was super helpful and kind despite the late hour. Only detractor, the sheets weren't the cleanest. But, huge benefit- it's literally just a 2 or 3 minute walk to the train/bus station with tons of great restaurants and shops around. And, easy to find.

The staff are very pleasant but my feeling is that systems and facilities are not in place to achieve excellence. Check in seemed extended and although room was adequate on two occaasions the room was not cleaned during the day. The cleaners did apologise for this but that is somewhat beside the point. The name of the hotel suggests that it is focussing on a European leintele and yet there are no channels on the TV in English, maybe trivial but significant in the market .

I think our reception just giving you a wrong room that is still under "housekeeping status" and that mistakes we admit it humbly and immediately we gave you the clean room. for your info we selected channels that is highly most requested by our majority locals and foreign guest and for the english channels there are AXN, Fox movies and more. For your further info among all budget hotel in kl sentral we are most appreciated BUDGET HOTEL when in terms of price , cleanliness, service and facilities. As for our 4 months running we are still keep moving forward for improvement. Your honest review is appreciated and thank you for choosing staying with us.

クアラルンプール乗り継ぎの一泊などにお勧め
クアラルンプールセントラルからとても近い場所にあります。ショッピングモールが空いている時間であれば、中を通り抜けることができ便利です。 価格も安く、安全な場所にありますので、夜遅くついても大丈夫だと思います

エレベーターが壊れていて3階まで階段で行かなければならなかった。事前に窓がある部屋にしてほしいとメールをしておいたが返信もなくチェックイン時に触れられることもなかった。結果、窓なし。部屋は激狭。全体的に清潔感はあった。フロントのおじさんがフランクな感じで接しやすかった。周りにレストランやコンビニ、モールがあるのと、KLセントラルまで徒歩10分以内で行けるのが良い。帰国前に一泊だけならありだと思いました。

コンパクトで落ち着く部屋
KL sentral駅から近く、部屋に冷蔵庫があるホテルということで選びました。 アメニティはバスタオル2枚、シャンプー、シャワージェル、歯ブラシ2本、水のボトル2本でした。 部屋はコンパクトで、必要な物が手を伸ばせば届く範囲にあって、一人で使うには十分でした。 良かった点は、クーラーのききがとても良い、マルチプラグアダプターがついていたこと、ドライヤーの風圧がとても強かったこと。 気になった点は、冷蔵庫の電源が部屋に居ない間は切れてしまうこと、シャワーのお湯が出にくいこと、部屋の床に蟻がいたことです。 空港へのアクセスも良く、周りに飲食店も多くて夜でも人が少な過ぎず、女の一人旅でも不安を感じることはありませんでした。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。
