I booked two rooms, non of the rooms were ready (An hours wait for each room) The front office staff informed me that previous guests were late checking out. I was informed the would give us an upgrade, this was not done. There were multiple guests who had to wait, as their rooms were also not ready. Weak management not ensuring guests check out on time, led to other guests having to wait At breakfast I had to ask for plates, napkins and for the buffet to be refilled (Most of the food was finished) There was no butter, no rice, no noodles, what was there was cold. I initially thought I was late for breakfast, this was 09:15, breakfast finished at 10:30. We checked in for breakfast at the cashier desk, one room came with breakfast (Pre booked) and the second room would pay for breakfast. This was no issue until, another member of staff chased us around the buffet with the book, asking us what room, we need to pay despite already doing this, I was embarrassed. Whilst eating breakfast, the same female member of staff who followed us around the buffet started to shout at another member of staff at the back of the restaurant. I appreciate hotels can be busy and I know things don’t always run smoothly, however too many issues prompted my negative review.

I had to bring my own luggage out of the car and into the room. Breakfast was terrible. The sink in the bathroom had so little water making it hard to use

Worst hotel i had ever stayed. Old amenities in the room. Either aircond problem or toilet problem.Not well maintained at all.

I booked a deluxe room but was assigned to a superior twin room that's very smelly. I asked them if they could change my room to another one. I was okay with superior but just can't handle the smell of cigarettes. The staff was very helpful and upgrade my deluxe room to the chalet.

we went at 12pm to let front office know we needed a connecting room and not facing the road.The front office on 4 Feb said ok.By the time we went to check in at 2.30pm rooms were not ready keycards were not ready.For someone who works in the hotel myself I find this really unacceptable.They couldn't even care less!!Need big time improvement!I went early to make sure but nothing went right!

Value for Money & Nice Hotel at the fringes of KL
We were there for a wedding and put up only for one night but we have stayed here before. We like that the place is quiet. Best get the rooms facing the lake as they got a good view. The other rooms are facing the older wing of the hotel (houses a spa). It is a dated property but it is well maintained. Location is excellent as it is near shopping complexes and near to the Akleh highway so you can get to KL town center in a short while.
