I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Asians and Western. Staffs are friendly and helpful!! Hotel lobby and room are cleaned. I enjoyed the free H2O bottles. Front desk staffs are warm and welcoming. Dining staffs and housekeeper are also nice and friendly. I will return if I will be in town in future.

Breakfast option was too limited, part of the dining area had strong sunlight which could be blocked by tinted or blinds. Reception at breakfast area was slow due to limited manpower. Limited transport and food options around, slightly isolated.

The room is pleasantly tidy. While the staff was friendly during check-in, they didn't assist with our luggage despite our request. There was some confusion, so we ended up handling it ourselves for convenience. There is a mall connected next door but it’s closed down making the area a bit deserted and quiet.

The property itself is in good condition, plenty of space in the rooms, great housekeeping and an outstandingly helpful front of house staff. The gym is reasonably well equipped and the pool is larger than the normal size that you get. One downside is that the hotel doesn't have a bar, although there is a small selection of beers available in a fridge near reception. The other minor niggle is the location: it's a 43 minute journey by the local mass transit system (which is very cheap) and Grab cabs are easily available through the front of house staff, although traffic will extend any journey if you choose to travel at rush hour. However I chose the location so that niggle is really down to me. Overall my stay was very enjoyable and the staff were outstanding.

A relaxing short stay at hotel
Although located at Puchong. The nearest shopping mall is IOI mall located 5-7 km away. There is a restaurant Syed Bristol loacted about 500m away. They serve delicious indian cusine. I tried the lamb shank braiyni. Very well done lamb shank. This hotel serves breakfast simple platable food for the price you pay. Also it has gym & swimming pool loacted at lvl6 of hotel. There is a LRT which will bring you to doentown KL. They are are doing some repsinting to the car park wall & pillar located near their lift lobby. Overall it is a nice experience for me.

The swimming pool was nice; location is not good - you will need a car. Food was nothing special, but nothing else is around.

No towels after two requests on arrival. My friend had a much needed shower and had to dry on a clean shirt. Bathroom door filthy with splattered toothpaste on door. Left room and requested maid service in an. 3pm room still not made. Request room service and towels again. Came back at nine pm to unmade bed and no towels. Breakfast same boring food everyday. So bad we ate out except the last morning. Old bean sprouts no cabbage or greens for soup. Staff totally indifferent. 4 worst days ever at a Hilton garden inn!

One of the newer branded hotel in Puchong area. 30 min to KL airport. 30 min to KLCC. Location is excellent. Neighbors has nothing to offer though.
