Very disappointing - photos are way out of date.
Hotel is in an excellent location next to KL Sentral train station but this was a really disappointing stay. You must give a 100 Ringitt cash deposit on arrival which sets the tone. The photos must be years and years out of date as the room was tired and a little depressing. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is on the noisy side, not much soundproofing and doors banging shut constantly. Towels had reached the end of their life and one had holes. Hairdryer was very good. The worst part of the stay was that the shower was not working properly but at 6am and due to go to the airport there was not much I could do about it.

Convenient. Just to improve on towel and bedsheet’s condition. Seem washed and had used for so long time. Feel not so comfortable in using it.

Was given the last room (306) and is: - (1) Noisy as got electric motor or fan running contributing noise below and got this buzzing electric noise (a black box) above the cupboard side wall. (2) There is no soap & tray for putting in the toilet. Lucikly brought my own. (3) Above the bed got this window curtain which is a bit short towards the bottom and is a bit glaring when sleeping because light is protruding into the room. (4) There is no breakfast provided. Asked the staff said is been already 4 years then. How come when booked stated given. Any explanation to it?

Good location, 3-5 minutes walk from KL Sentral Station, a minute walk from KL Sentral Monorail line. You can easily go to KLCC via rapid KL and Bukit Bintang via KL monorail. The hotel was located near NU Sentral department store. It's very convenient. And staffs are very nice too.

Good size room for one. Great location. Booked because they provided kettle, coffee and water. Hot shower with decent water pressure even for the rain showerhead. The hand held shower head clip was broken but still useable by holding. Good wifi. Finally a place with an English channel, nice! Appreciated that they stored my luggage upon check out and had an early check in btw. Universal plugs was great to have although I had to buy one for my last hotel. Comfy bed, nice towels. Not so good...thin walls so you can hear guests beside and above you. Even heard snoring from the adjoining room that had to go through Two doors. Hollow core doors unfortunately.

Good place to stay if you are not driving
Value for money. Just opposite to KL Central. Accessible to a variety of public transport. Good range of food outlets within the vicinity. But it is not suitable for those self-driving. Since the hotel do not have parking facilities, we have to park in any nearby public parking and the charges are very high. We have paid RM 50 for a overnight parking in a open space car park.

Dear sir, thank you for your valuable review. We're sorry for the absence of parking facilities. There is a DBKL multi-level carpark located behind the hotel at an hourly rate capped at a maximum of RM10 per day. Hope to see you again soon!

Cheap and clean.
I booked this hotel room for only 2 nights thinking that because of the price I would be disappointed then will move to another hotel. However, the staff was nice with excellent customer skills. I decided to stay the rest of my trip here and I loved it!! The hotel was very clean, safe, near to many sightseeings, and lots of restaurants. I was very pleased with my staying. Thank you guys from the WESTREE hotel. You all rock!

The rooms neat but very cramp. Very small and squeezy. TV wasn't working and the channels are not as expected. Counter Service was good.

Budget hotel..good value and location.
The hotel was ok as it was cheap but the re is no window in the room and the bathroom was quite mouldy which made our stay a bit unpleasant...it's ok for 1 night as a stopover and the location is good as the express metro to the airport is only 5mn walk but I wouldnt recommend this hotel for any longer than 1 night.
