This was my go to hotel for nearly 15 years, and naturally myself and my company spent hundreds of thousands of pounds over the years. Unfortunately the few visits have clearly shown the standards of the hotel and level of service previously experienced has changed dramatically for the worst. The hotel changes staff constantly and it's very difficult to build any rapport. For this reason, I have now opted to use other hotels in KL and advised my colleagues to do the same. It's a big shame and very sad but unfortunately Impiana is just not what it used to be. Thanks for the memories and good luck for the future.
