Room is small, beds are hard, hot water worked only once after that no more hot water for the remainder of my stay, sheets looks unwashed, towels dont smeel little ke they put soap on it.

Very dishonest bunch
Hidden charges, dirty bed sheets and smelly pillows. Smelly bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel. Horrible service. So smelly I had to sleep with Windows open

The hotel has three branches. My booking did not state this and I had to carry my luggage to two of the branches until I found the right branch. After I arrived at the right branch, again I had to carry my luggage around to tw blocks away to get to the correct building. What a merry go round for Christmas Day. Terribly noisy as the restaurant downstairs had customers who woke me up at two in the morning !!!

Disappointed with the breakfast set provided as we had to go to a cafe nearby. Could have informed us no breakfast available and we find our own instead. For the price, not surprised with the room. Overall room and hotel neat and clean

We booked this hotel solely for its proximity to the Sentral station to facilitate our transportation for sightseeing and dining. We only used the room for showering and sleeping. It is a basic hotel and you get what you pay for but is clean and it was perfect for our purpose. We would do it over again and would recommend it to others like us.

You will spend 60USD for a cubicle for 2 for 3 hours at KLIA2, take a bus to Sentral for 4USD and spend the whole night at My Hotel for 15USD. It's a no-brainer. The rooms are small but comfortable and the staff are helpful.

First impression wasn't good. The receptionist at the counter wasn't friendly and the service was way too much to be improved as it's written in email to be check in by 1pm but we were only allowed to check in by 2pm

i call and inform the hotel that i will be late and i can only be at the hotel at around 1130pm to 12pm. The hotel staff said he will hold the room for me. but when i reached the hotel at 11.15pm i was told that there was on room for me. i feel that this is not good for the hotel i will never again book or stay in this type of hotel. it is in the of the night i just drove all the way from JB and i had to go looking for a room to stay

the location & properties facilities was good except for the electrical appliance like an iron with the iron board should be replace with the new unit since it's bad condition ; sticky ; black stamp; and it's almost burn my shirt :-(

I booked the hotel from your site the hotel staff said this booking is not paid by you this building you have to book another building there is very small room I clearly mentioned room should be next building of sing chappati house but that are denay how is this and that are charge more 280/- ringet which I have to pay may card this is very bad experience next time I never book any hotel aur any airlines booking from your side because you are cheat the Coustomer and I have so many time give the request hotel staff give me sleep I pay you more 280/- Rm but she told me I don't have any receipts I send you by mail I call to my all friends your company do like that

It is located nearby to KL Sentral monorail (2minutes walk) , food and convenient stores. Room that im in is spacious and big. However, this hotel is very noisy at night as there are drunkards around. Despite me having notified the security to chase away the people, however they came back after a few hours. Security wise is poor as anyone can easily access to the units,although there's a security guard at ground floor standing. In addition, i must clarify that there are 3 My Hotels at kl sentral area. Thus, you must set ypur GPS properly to my hotel @kl sentral for this unit, not just my hotel. I had to walk some distances around Jln Thambipillay to get finally into this hotel, after 30 minutes. The reception of this hotel is situated at the other side of the road (about 20 metres away) , thus it is a bit of hussle when you are checking in and out,especially at night and those with kids and many luggages or raining.

Good place to stay
The reception and staff were friendly and helpful. Drawback was on my last day of stay when I had to wait for more than thirty minutes for the iron and stand which didn't appear (requested by phone twice). I told reception about this when checking and they apologized. Hope this doesn't happen again. If the iron request wasn't a problem would have given full marks
