We had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early (subject to availability during the day) which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, willing to refill food, and housekeeping did a good job making up the room and offer more drinking water. However, there are several areas that could be improved. First, the parking instructions were unclear, and as first-time guests we had to ask the security guard where to park. Second, the swimming pool and gym were not in the main building, so we had to take two or three different lifts to reach the facilities on levels 41 and 42, which was inconvenient. The pool area also needs improvement. Out of the 8 lockers in male changing room, 4 were not working and 4 occupied and bad smell, leaving us no secure storage for phones and valuables. In addition, some areas around the pool were very dark at night with insufficient lighting, which could be a safety risk. The toilets were also some distance from the pool. Lastly, the breakfast area needed more active table cleaning, especially during long weekends. When we arrived, many tables still had used plates and leftovers, making it hard to find a clean table. Overall, the stay had its positives, especially with the friendly staff and breakfast variety, but clearer parking directions, more convenient access to facilities, better pool safety, and improved breakfa

The property surroundings are very nice, staff friendly. The uphill walk to the food outlets can be a little challenging for the slightly unfit, but the coming back home is great., A short GRAB ride to the Genting highlands, to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and scenery. A peaceful place to relax

We used the Swiss garden for Genting, the location is great for getting to and from KL to Genting. The only fault we have with Swiss Gardens is the lifts , someday you can wait 10-15 mins for one to have space enough for 2 people . Get the lifts sorted ! Rating will improve!!

Nice apartment hotel stay in Genting.

We had stayed here for two nights in two bedrooms room which come with kitchen and living room. The general cleaness is ok. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was OK, but the egg omelets was not so fresh. So the taste was a bit weird. The hotel is not up at top of Genting Highlands. So need to drive 20 mins in order to reach casino or theme park.
