Great little hotel

The hotel is great place to stay on Jalan Alor which is a street full of open air restaurants and stalls.Staff are helpful rooms are clean but the hotel restaurant and staff there need plenty of improvement

No the breakfast was terrible. Little options and many inedible stale offerings. The croissants must have been at least 6 days old— just crazy. No fresh tea. No teabags available despite my request— just appalling tea out of a machine that was not drinkable. Only on one day was one fresh fruit offering available. Just a waste of money.

The room was clean. Staff was prompt when called. A lot a local activity outside the hotel doors. The room was very basic, no where near as elaborate as the advertisement photo. There was a leak under the bathroom sink.

1. Common areas i.e. corridor and lifts, smelt musty and stale. 2. Bathroom (especially shower stall) was grimy. 3. There was no bottled water in the room. 4. There was no shaving kit. 5. It was noisy till late at night. 6. Staff could be more helpful. 7. There were flies buzzing around the breakfast buffet. The food was not covered at all times so this presents a hygiene issue.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, facing Jalan Alor and within walking distance to both Bukit Bintang and the Petronas Twin Towers. The guest room was kept clean and I had a comfortable stay. However, compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, I found a few aspects that could be improved. The breakfast buffet had limited options, and some of the dishes that should have been served hot were unfortunately cold. The coffee from the machine was also instant. Personally, I felt that instead of paying extra to have breakfast at the hotel, it would be more satisfying to eat at one of the local eateries nearby, many of which open early in the morning. Additionally, the in-room security box was not anchored, meaning it could be carried away entirely, which defeats the purpose of having a safe. I thought this was a concern in terms of security.
