"From the point of our check in, the service & care provided was excellent. Misbah who was at the front desk promptly attended to us. He made us aware of the other options and facilities available. He was very helpful in arranging services from end to end going above and beyond. He is a credit to the Pullman hotel team . We loved our stay and all services from executive lounge to food at Thai Rasa restaurant . Also credit to Nisitha who was very attentive to us during our stay.
