"The counter person did something wrong with my reservation which did not show me in the correct room. Thirty minutes after check in,the clerk used a key and entered my room to what I could only assume he put me in the wrong room. The next day, they assigned my room to another guest while I was still in the room and once again someone barged into my room. It happened a third time which I assume the clerk was trying to verify the room was occupied. When I addressed the situation with the staff the clerk previously didn’t process my reservation correctly and they didn’t have any paper work for my reservation. They did take the room cost along with a room deposit which I assume will be another problem getting the deposit back considering the screw up with my reservation. Luckily I was alone on this trip, but I did feel like my privacy had been compromised on this stay."

"Smell in the hotel and the rooms were not great, pillow sizes felt small, carpet was coming up in the halls leading to your room "

"The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a roach in the room…. 😭😭😭 and there was not an iron in my room and the only staff member there couldn’t help me because he didn’t have keys to the room where they keep irons. But the staff member was super nice."

"You do have to bring your own kitchen items (cups forks dishes pots etc) But the property and rooms are extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and the finishes are nice especially the bathroom. I can say I was expecting far worse and was pleasantly surprised as someone who hates staying in hotels longer than a week. "

"We have traveled and stayed at over 100 hotels This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The person behind the counter was beyond rude and very condescending. We had a reservation set through Hotels.com and he told us that he ran our card before we got there and it didn’t go through so he canceled our room and told us all the rooms were sold out. We were traveling with my brother and his wife and we had to scramble to find another hotel late at night. We chose pay at the property and he denied us stay at the hotel. Terrible is not a strong enough word. "
