"Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. "BEST PLACE TO STAY! Riverfront Reserve at Pai Village Boutique was fantastic, we stayed in a bamboo hut and loved relaxing on the veranda or by the river. We ate three meals in the restaurant over two days which were all great. ALL the staff were brilliant, providing the best service! We felt a little old for Pai town and couldn’t book a private taxi, Grab or Bolt to attractions which was a bit restrictive although we could have booked a day or half day tour with others if we’d had an extra day.
