"The room is spacious. Onsen is warm and comfortable. The view from the open air Onsen is so amazing at night. The bar closes a bit too early. The service is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, some do speak English. The pick up service is great. We are so grateful that they even drove us to the Beppu when we left the hotel. We are able to catch our express train all thanks to the staff who agreed to take us there. Great memories in Beppu and at the hotel."

"Great art piece as a hotel and a art gallery. I had the onsen room with balcony. It was spacious and view was amazing. Definitely coming back in winter. But one suggestion to the hotel is the onsen is truly hot and there is only one small bucket. It was summer and it took one hour to adjust the water to a bearable temperature. It would be amazing if they do have a hose so I can speed up the cooling. I would have use the onsen once more in the very nice morning. overall highly recommend and...
