Hotel dekat Kuranda Koala Gardens

"Dejligt sted"

"Resepsjons personale var hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Frokost var bra, bar med matservering ok. Minus ved hotellet dårlig rengjøring av hotellrom. Hotellets plassering et stykke fra sentrum, lett tilgang til taxi. Kanskje bedre å bo på mer sentralt hotell."

"Very friendly owner amd staff, clean and nice appartement with everything you need. Beach was close, pool was fine. Would have loved to stay longer. Next time for sure again!"

"At first we were put in a room that should never be offered to anyone that pays to stay here it was filthy old and falling apart.... No one who pays for apartment/hotel should ever be put in a room like this. I was very surprised with this. However I went to reception and they were absolutely helpful and put us in a better and cleaner room, the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect we loved it!! Just one suggestion that the ceiling fans should be cleaned they were all coated in thick dust....

"We have seen some recent poor reviews - that was not our experience at all. The place was centrally located, clean, wifi worked great, large spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff and the pool was a nice spot to relax. The rooms are tile and concrete - so not much to update. We have zero complaints and would stay there again."

"Exceptional property and staff service Be prepared though there are a lot of stairs! All in all we loved our time at Al Amanda and cant wait to return."

"Sunho from front desk was excellent and very helpful. He wasn't the one check in for us but I was very impressed the way how to handle customers and very polite and make sure he answer all the questions when asked."

"Comfortable room and staff were pleasant. Seems to it just cruising along at its current level"

"ロッジを利用しましたが、夜通し遠くのカミナリのようなゴロゴロ音が聞こえて良く眠れない"

"Das Hotel ist renovierungbedürftig. Für eine Nacht akzeptabel. Emfang sehr freundlich."

"清掃は行き届いていてよかった。 また、テレビでYouTube等も見れたのがよかった。中心からは少し離れているため行き帰りが少し遠いなと感じた。（感じ方に個人差はあるだろうが） 布団といっていいのかほぼシーツのようなもので夜間少し寒かった。"

"Very conveniently located. Spacious rooms."

"Friendly staff during checkin and checkout. Good amenities include all available in the kitchen. There is also a public kitchen with hotplate and stove beside the pool and spa, excellent for outdoor bbq.High efficient washer and drier ate in our room and made our stay much easier."
