"Really nice place, much larger and better located than I had imagined . One main issue is where you have to leave your bags if arriving before 4 pm. You’re expected to go up a hill, across cobblestone street, for about 10 min. Once you arrive there are lockers which require 2 euro coins, which you don’t get back. There should be a place to store luggage in the same building where you’re staying. Place itself was nice, clean."

"Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. "The access codes we had been given didn't work at the gate.
