"Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Courteous staff and very helpful. Breakfast was nice and close to all the places where you want to visit when you are in Kandy. You will need to book for parking as its busy street and limited slots are there in front of the hotel for parking."

"great location great room great staff. OK breakfast. because you are here to see elephants, the views are amazing. the best hotel for that. the room and the bathroom was also practical and we were able to rest here while visiting places. Food ofcoruse is mainly local and some western. But thats because its a main attraction for local and Asian visitors. we loved our stay."

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable and well-appointed. We were also pleased with the variety on offer at both breakfast and dinner buffets, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Kandy."

"The room assigned to us initially was down a flight of stairs with no elevator. THe Air Conditioner did not work. As a result we had to move rooms. Overall we were happy with the stay besides a couple of set-backs."
