Modern hotel, nice furnishings, comfortable bed & pillows, soft towels and sheets. Staff & Manager excellent, very helpful. Air conditioning throughout reception and all bedrooms. Turkish Breakfast was fresh & plenty (buffet style). Book a larger room as rooms are quite small, amazing sea views in some room. Lovely pool area, clean & not too busy. Only complaint is there is no courtesy room to shower & change on the day of departure and they don’t sell Efes, however the manager sent the waiter to the shop for Efes for us. It’s a 15 minute walk downhill to the Marina but recommend a taxi back up 100tl. Mainly Turkish guests staying one or 3 nights, we stayed 10 nights. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is in a great area, away from the main street, about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the sea. Our first night was not great to stay in our room due to the noise in the morning because our room was two floors above the pool and breakfast area. But the manager switched out the room. The rooms are very tiny so you can not spend time in your room only sleeping at night. Our Bathroom sink was very small like the size of 42 shoes (size 10 shoes). Also, the elevator was out of service for our first two-night stays. We went to breakfast at 9:30 and they were out of eggs with tomatoes (Menemen) when asked if they could make more the answer was no. The front desk personnel are very nice. But the kitchen and some of the breakfast vegetables were old the elevator, noises, and the bathroom sink were not as they should have been. I hope management will fix the issue. We will stay again only if those are fixed. Thank you to all the front desk personal!

værelset er meget lille,der er næsten ingen plads hvis man 2stk 20 kg kuffert så skal du gå ligesom krabbe. konstant kloak lugt i badværelset. Vi er tvunget til overnat 8 natter på 5.etage ingen elevatoren var ude drift,da vi havde betalt hele opholdet, det vil ikke annullere og give pengene tilbage. Rengørings damer røg på trapperne lugter røg hele trappegang, manglende varmtvand, gammel grønsager på morgenmad. Om morgen vågnede med fritureolie, da køkkens udsugning ikke virkede, elendig rengøring..Bygning er for gammelt faldefærdigt..Lad være med book,nu har vi brændt nallerne, i skal ikke..Mvh

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Hayatımda bu kadar bakımsız bir otele daha önce denk gelmemiştim. Klimanın ağzında bir avuç toz tortusu vardı. Duvarlar pis. Her yer rutubet kokuyor. Ya hadi hepsini geçtim. Çöp kovası nasıl çürümüş olabilir ya. Bi çöp kovası ne kadar yani :) Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Onun dışında her şey berbat.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde yatakta kıllar vardı, kendimiz çırptık. Oda ilk başta temizlenmedi denilip sonrasında 5 dakika geçmeden temizlendiği söylenerek yerleştirildik. Gider kokusu sürekli geliyordu, onu saymıyorum ( Tüm kuşadası'nda genel bir sorunmuş (!)) Fiyat-performans değil, tavsiye etmiyorum

Türkçe Yorum “Otelde yaşadığımız deneyim çok kötüydü. İlk odada banyo tavanından kirli su akıyordu. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimde bana odalarının olmadığını ve ancak ertesi gün ilgilenebileceklerini söylediler. Israrcı olunca aslında boş odalarının olduğunu gördük ve başka bir odaya geçtik. Yeni odada en azından kafamıza tuvalet/banyo suyu akmıyordu ama yine de genel hijyen çok kötüydü. İlk odada çarşafların altında kan vardı, yatak sadece tek taraftan kullanılabiliyordu. Odada telefon saklanmıştı, başta yok sandım. Ayrıca sadece tek bir priz vardı. Kısacası hijyen, düzen ve hizmet açısından kabul edilemez bir oteldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.”

Otele gittiğimizde sistem kaynaklı sorun yaşamıştık ama çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu mağduriyetimizi çözdüler müdürü de çalışanları da çok güler yüzlü her zaman gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebileceğimiz yer , oda olarak da gayet temiz ve güzeldi

Otelde 3 katta kaldık ve ilk otele girdiğimde asansörle üçüncü kata çıkınca asansör sıkıştı ve bir türlü açılmadı çalışan kişilerin tavsiyesiyle 4 kata çıkıp öyle acabildik asansörü ve ondan sonra bir daha asansörü kullanmadık cidden ilk girdiğimiz dakikada bu sorunu yaşamamız hiç hoş değildi genel olarak resepsiyon ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve tatlıydı sadece kaldığım oda çok dardı genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi asansörde kalmasak

Ottel geneli iyi sadace sesler çok geliyor yan odanin banyo yaptinda su sesleri saç kurutma sesler. Ottelin karsisindan daireden köpek havlamasi çok geldi. Manzara güzel deniz görüyordu 601 nummara oda. Toilet banyo küçüktü ve banyo paslanmış.
