The towels and the sheets are dirty. The bathroom is humid… the hygiene of the hotel is not the best but the staff is very nice

Most affordable and clean hotel near the airport. Walkable from the airport and very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet is well-prepared and delicious. In addition, plenty of local restaurants near the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and they helped alot with some complications i had with my trip. Good breakfast, But the wifi had some issues, no hotwater in my room, they dont provide milk with the coffee, my balcony had no light .

Close to everything and price per night was cheap. Since we came from Ubud and our flight the next day was quite early so stayed there because it was close to the airport. Also, close walking distance to restaurants and main Kuta centre. Otherwise the place is a bit outdated. Toilet/shower is a bit disgusting. Overall, for me the place was good for an overnighter because of the closeness to the airport and price point.

Last minute booking for inbound Airport transfer night. Good for our purposes, comfortable room, efficient air conditioning, hot shower. Circle K across the road very convenient.

Room was filthy. Long hair left on bed pillows. Sheets dirty. Bathroom was mouldy and smelt like sewage. Pool was cloudy and looked very dirty.

Despite booking accommodation 1 month earlier, the accommodation was not ready on arrival and waited 30 minutes from arrival to get into room. The photos posted for room selection were deceiving. Chose a room according to the photos as Luxury Suite but was provided a room that matched the photos of a Deluxe Room, when queried, they said that the room given was a Luxury Suite. Felt deceived.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to please us. The room was smaller than expected going by the photographs online but was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was based in the dining area and was very small - not really suitable for spending a day around it relaxing. Laundry from the hotel was extortonate - over $75.00 for a dozen items.
