This hotel is better than the 8/10 rating. The facilities was clean and staff were all very friendly. The spa was also very reasonably priced and the massage was awesome.

The room was clean and had what I needed for a one nights stay. The breakfast was average. The best hotel for shopping. The hotel has a door at the end of the property to have direct access to the shopping centre next door - Mal Bali Galeria. No money exchange service available at the hotel.

Location good next to shop mall. However there is no lock for shower room nor toilet for family room. Downstairs was clean but upstairs was little dusty. Good pool, but gym aircon was not working. Very friendly staff.

Staff were amazing, but the property itself was awful, moved rooms due to the awful sickening smell but unfortunately the smell was everywhere, no windows or balconies in the family rooms and had many issues with the air-conditioning not working, mouldy and damp. Location was not the holiday we were expecting, in the end we ended up checking out early with no refund to a more relaxing location and a healthier environment, did not regret it. Recommend episode Kuta for a night or 2 stay but no longer than that, overall the experience was very disappointing. Buffet breakfast was okay but so busy with many hands touching the utensils is almost a health hazard. But yes staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating.

Good: - Very close to the mall, where you can shop in the supermarket. - STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! - The location is good if you want to do tours and visit beaches - relatively quiet BAD: - bathroom and mainly the toilet was not properly clean - air con didn't work well, even after requesting it to be fixed - lots of noises from air con and other things in the room - weird smell in the hotel

Nous avons réservé la suite familiale et la chambre était très spacieuse. Hôtel très propre avec du personnel très professionnel qui a su répondre à toute nos attentes.
