if you haven’t stayed here your missing out
simply amazing words can’t describe my stay here. the staff here are so helpful and take care of any problems you might have.The owner greeted me with a smile and a cold fruit drink after a long ride getting to kuta. This property has all the amenities you need ac,pool motorbike rental great breakfast and the bungalow are very clean and very roomy. The location is close to everything you need but still far enough away from the street to remain peaceful at night. Enough said by me judge for your self you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely place! Amazing people
Just perfect! Well located near the best cafes, restaurants, very clean, beautiful green area! People working there are lovely and the family running the place is adorable

UN CAUCHEMAR A L ARRIVÉ LE RÉCEPTIONNISTE NE VOULAIS PAS NOUS DONNER LA CHAMBRE SOUS PRÉTEXTE QU IL NE TRAVAILLAIT PAS AVEC HÔTEL.COM BIEN QU EN LUI MÉTTANT LA CONFIRMATION DE RÉSERVATION PAYÉ SOUS LES YEUX AVÉC UNE CAMÉRA MOBILE SUR LE COMPTOIR DE L ACCUEIL AVEC LA GÉRANTE QUI VISIONNÉ TOUS ET AU TÉLÉPHONE AVEC LE RÉCEPTIONNISTE ILS VOULAIENT QUE L ON REPAYE LA CHAMBRE UNE FOIS DE PLUS EN ÉSPÉCES LE PROBLÈME A DURÉ PLUS D UNE HEURE VOYANT QU ON NE LÂCHAIT RIEN,NOUS AVONS EU LA CHAMBRE ! TÉLÉVISION OBSOLÈTE AVEC 2 CHAÎNE LES PHOTOS DE L HÔTEL ET LES COMMENTAIRES.SONT PUR FAKE.IL Y A 5 BUNGALOW SUR ENVIRONS UN TÉRRAIN DE 800 MÉTRES CARRÉS ON ENTENDS LES VOISINS PARLER D UN CABANON À L AUTRES LA PISCINE EST MINUSCULE MAXIMUM TROIS PERSONNES AUTOURS LE DÉJEUNER UNE VÉRITABLE HONTE SI VOUS PRENEZ LE PANKAKE,ON NE VOUS DONNE MÊME PAS UNE TRANCHE DE PAINS POUR LA CONFITURES NOUS NOUS SOMMES BIEN FAIT AVOIR A 33€ LA NUIT A KUTA LOMBOK IL Y A BEAUCOUP MIEUX !

Thank you very much for your unkid comment, here i just want to clarifying about misscommunication: 1. We did our prosedural (SOP) as a role. And you have to lear how to get passion during waiting a proccess. As i knew your book on last minutes so our system is waiting for a confirmation from OTE that you booked. And it was not take until even 30 minutes (you said more than hours 🤔) and we give you the room even no confirmation yet from hotels.com ...and remember that happened longger because you don't speak english and we are not speak france.. 2. Please don't create lies, our accommodation are honest and has a real reviews from our guest.. 3. We wish you have a better place to stay and enjoying you holiday, you were right there are more than 100 accommodations at Kuta. Thank you for your contribution🙏

Pour passer un bon séjour à Kuta
petite structure charmante au milieu d'un jardin bien entretenu située près du centre tout en étant au calme . piscine agréable. Agus et son équipe sont aux petits soins pour les clients.
