"Hotel very up to par in very nice part of town. Received a nice upgrade albeit a few problems with shower drainage that was very promptly addressed. Overall very comfortable and lovely staff. Bathroom can do with bit more cleaning, not to say it was very dirty. "

"I would not recommend anyone to stay at Kuwait Palace Hotel. Everything is run down and the amenities are close to none. You would expect at an apartment with a kitchen to have more than 2 plates, 2 forks, one knife and one spoon. I had to buy everything in order to use the one plate hub. There is no dish rack. The first night there was a flood in the bathroom which I had to insist several times to get fixed the next day. I could not take a shower as there was not enough running water for 2...

"The best experienced, rooms are clean and complete with all the amenities. Having a kitchen and washer , dryer, iron and complementary items was such a reward and friendly staff are awesome. Highly recommended for those visitors and families. Thank you "

"I was very impressed the staff, and how wonderful and courteous they are. My room was immaculate clean with plenty of linens to accommodate my needs. And breakfast was wonderful with high quality buffet and American style breakfast. "
