"I don’t understand why Expedia is in partnership with this hotel. In my options for reservations, I took a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM. "Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"

"The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning.
