"The entire house was clean. The towels were fluffy & white. Loved the fact that the host provided us with cooking items viz. SALT, Cooking Oil, Spices, Herbs, lots of Jacobs Coffee. There was plenty of shower Gel,"

I don't feel comfortable to supply the FICA documents they require for the refundable deposit and I think it is unacceptable how long it takes to return the refundable deposit despite how they demand information from guests... Also, the pre-registration process for Security Access Control is a nightmare!!!"
