"our room was very small, the usb plug didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, had to ask for a replacement for the hair dryer, the bathroom was smaller than on a cruise ship! toilet was stuffed in so close to both sides of the wall....(I don't even want to explain that!!!) No shelf space to put your personal items. I was totally disappointed that this was a Ramada hotel."

"We requested non-smoking room. Room was very clean and no bad smell. Smelled a bit of cigarette smoke near the elevator but overall the hallway smelled clean. Building shows its age but appeared to be well kept. Front desk was quite busy when we checked in, but Desmond S was very friendly and efficient, explained key amenities and services well. He made our check-in extremely easy and pleasant. Housekeeping and lobby staff were very friendly as well. As we tried to figure out the self-checkout kiosk, a staff walked up to ask if we need help, Nice! Location not bad but a bit tricky. Several bus stops nearby. 10 minute walk to MTR (subway) station is good but we had to walk past a couple blocks that got quiet at night, not a problem if you don't walk alone. We didn't need the airport shuttle service but nice to have."
