DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I booked 4 days here with me and a few friends and was unable to attend due to the Covid 19, after repeatedly contacting them they are refusing a refund, ignoring all my emails and causing issues from Expedia trying to source the refund. Rude and terrible customer service!

Mildew

Old funky smell. The location is not what it promises that is only their main office. The apartments are far away. The place was very large but it is furniture that needs to be replaced. There is a smell of mildew and I left the windows open day and night to try to air it out but it did not work. I left after two nights of my 4 night stay.

Good but got different place than we expected

A warning first. When we booked in Aug it was difficult to see where we actually would stay. On the photos and map it looked like e would stay at Golden gate area, but it was 3 km away from where we stayed. When I looked now on the website they seem to imroved it. Check very carefully which street you book. Except for that, it was decent place. It is like Airbnb. You get an apartment with old (but clean) furniture. Apartment was clean. Furniture old but clean and not broken. Location was good (if they would have told us beforehand). I would give 5 stars if it was more clear where it was located. Now we expected one place but got another one. If they would have said upfront where the location was, it would be no problem.

Great hosts, great location - almost perfect

Excellent hosts- apartment was in a great location, walking distance to the main Shopping area and various bars and restaurants. Main bed was fine but pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. Hot water was limited due to small water boiler so with 4 people all wanting showers, we had to spread it out throughout the day! Everything you need is in the apartment and we would recommend it for sure. A great base to explore Kiev city and a great price.

Bien situé a revoir quelques détails

En plein dans la capitale, l appartement est proche d'une station de métro,mais la récupération des clés loin de l appartement avec des valises pas top. Pour l appartement la chambre n'etait pas une vraie chambre mais une alcôve avec un rideau en guise de séparation pas top a 4 pour l intimité le canapé pas confortable pour dormir. 1 chaise cassée pas de lampe d ambiance, le coin cuisine sympathique. Par contre top pour la machine a laver. Et la restitution des clés. Situer dans le quartier d ambassade.

Disappointing, disorganized

Not great. The man "organizing" our arrival was not available when I arrived following the instructions he had sent me a few weeks earlier. He must not have read the email I sent him. He appeared to be running around managing other clients, the '24-hour reception' lady had to make more than one call to reach him, I had to wait about 20 minutes for him to arrive with the key. He asked me to use Whatsapp to contact him (I don't always have access to data, so this is inconvenient)... and then subsequently was inconsistent in responding to these messages. PLUS, the shower would always run out of hot water after about 30 seconds of use, the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, and the bedsheets had a certain smell to them. The apartment was well located and in reasonable condition, but given all this, I would not stay here again.

OTTIMO tutto.

Servizio clienti eccelente sia per il check in poi via whatsapp, ad esempio è andata via la corrente all'ascensore dato che eravamo al piano 7/8 e subito hanno chiamato per riparare, lo stesso per il sistema tv che non funzionava via whatsapp chimato ed arrivato subito a risolvere. Tutto bene, poi si è davanti alla fontana in via khreshchatyk. :-)

Not correct location

Was a bit disappointing as I thought I had booked near independence square however this is where the office was and very difficult to find.being a seasoned traveler it was ok for us but could be a bit daunting to someone less well traveled or somebody of a nervous nature whilst abroad we were ten sent in a taxi which wasn’t a problem and only twompounf to olga I must say though for eating and drinking the location was great value for money you couldn’t have done better

An average flat in a very good central location. Convenient place to stay if you're a tourist in the city. Apartments are very basic with minimum amenities. We did not even find a shampoo and soap there. Having one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days is also ridiculous. These small things cost nothing but make a big difference. Since this agency runs multiple appartments around the city, I expected to see these amenities included. Communication with the agency was convenient as they always responded in a timely manner to address our questions.

Great location reasonably priced

Very nice location of the apartment near "Teatralna" metro station. Great choice for city break in Kiev.

Fraud!!!

Unsafe, unsanitary, criminal operator. Nothing as represented. Switched location at last minute, to meet random person in back alley. Orbitz was informed, and didn't care. I've traveled to over 30 countries. Worst experience. Can't say enough bad about it.
