Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs
Not the cozy, quaint ryokan I expected, with busloads descending, but the onsen was lovely. Room was spacious but basic. Practically located 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The amenities like massage machines, free latte machines, etc are great.

Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto
Wonderful hotel with so many useful amenities. The in house bakery was fun. We made use of the laundry and fitness room. Great location close to a number of temples. Nice sized room and very clean. Despite all the hustle and bustle we never were disturbed by any noise inside the room.
