"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"Increíble habitación, a tal grado que una tarde decidimos quedarnos a disfrutar de las instalaciones para descansar un poco después de tanto caminar los días previos.
Muy moderna y bien diseñada, con vibras de Ryokan tradicional, pero con todas las comodidades de un hotel moderno boutique. Fue nuestro hotel favorito de todo el viaje!
Se siente mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, el sauna, la tina, las camas, todos los detalles, 10/10!"

"Eveything was great but 1 thing.
The blinds do not keep out the light at night. There was lights right outside the windows and made the room very bright once at all hour of night. And as soon as the sun rose the room was fully illuminated. Did not make for a great night sleep"

Exceptionally clean, large rooms for Japan featuring kitchenettes, separate living/dining spaces, and in-room washing machines.
Family Friendly, Highly recommended for families, offering extras like borrowable games or kitchen staples."
