Hotel Keluarga di Kyoto

"Ein schönes und großzügiges Zimmer für eine Familie mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer und Bad. Sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen."

"Excelente Hotel"

"We loved staying here and would definitely stay again if we visited Kyoto. Very friendly and helpful staff, amenities available to us were really useful and our room was perfect for what we needed. We also loved the convenient location to local temples, shopping, restaurants and multiple local train stations which made getting around very easy even with our baby. Very glad we chose to stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone."

"It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful garden patio view. The staff was so very friendly and helpful."

"The staff were amazing here! All the employees were so kind and made this an amazing stay. The location was excellent with markets nearby but still quiet at night."

"Location!"

"This quaint hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and rooms were a good size. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Kyoto. It was a short walk to Nishiki market and had tons of local restaurants near it too."

"良き　外国人向き"

"I booked a twin room for a 4 night stay in the last week of October. The hotel was located in a very urban area, on a busy street with access to many shops, restaurants and train/subway stations/buses. It was clean and comfortable but there were a couple of things that I will mention. 1. The lighting is not great in the hallways and in the room. The hallways are fairly dark with some lighting. My room had overhead little spotlights as well as other lighting which were turned on and off from...

"Good location. This is our 2nd stay in Cross Kyoto We love the location and the staff are helpfull. Definitely will come back."

"Location was perfect, central to the shopping areas yet tucked away into a quiet area. Walking distance to the subway, about 7 min. Room was large and clean, bathroom had a large soaking tub as well as a rainfall shower. Amazing! Would definitely stay again! Also has complimentary coffee and snacks in the morning and soda/sake/wine in the afternoon/evening!"

"The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop."
