Top Kyoto Hotel Reviews
Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo
10/10 Excellent
"I loved the location, (close to the train station), very clean, quiet, lovely breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel."
Hotel Vischio Kyoto by GRANVIA
10/10 Excellent
"Rooms were clean and efficient. A more elegant decor is probably the only thing that keeps this hotel from being 5 stars."
Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto
10/10 Excellent
"The nicest hotel we stayed at in Japan. Breakfast was AMAZING. Definitely get a room plan with Breakfast. You get choice of a western egg dish, plus a very high quality buffet. We had dinner twice at the restaurant and both meals were great. We also had a rooftop cocktail. The staff was very helpful with our luggage forwarding, as well. Laundry facilities were very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Fabulous location. Walking distance to Yasaka and Kiyomizu. We rented e-bikes from the hotel and had a great day and covered a ton of ground."
Hotel Granvia Kyoto
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel. Located right in the Kyoto station. Convenient!!! Was a little hard to find at first as I didn’t realize it was right in the station."
Hotel Forza Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi
10/10 Excellent
"I really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was right across the street from shopping and down the street from major shopping. The employees were very helpful. They stored our luggage before we checked in held it until we departed hours after checkout and helped set up luggage forwarding service. The size of the rooms were larger than I expected. The couch sitting area was much welcomed and allowed for our group to relax and spend time together in the evenings. I also like the free whiskey that was given on a daily basis and the unlimited tea from the dispenser in the lobby."
APA Hotel Kyoto Eki Horikawadori
10/10 Excellent
"The room itself was a good size and clean, the staff were very helpful with any enquiry always cheerful, only downsides were the size of the bathroom, could hardly move around in there, and also the pillows were very firm."
