"Very clean, friendly, central, and had a few amenities, they supplied clean towels everyday and could clean your room if you request it, , good and nice they have the Kumamoto Castle, super nice, they had samurai’s goo you to take pictures either the, the have a long waking area with lots of shops that you can buy souvenirs !! They have a lot of tille restaurants and cafes to try different things!! I needed more time in this city ! I loved it!!"

"Out of all 8 cities that we stayed this wa none of the nicest one, they even put my minis in our our rooms to use and TAHN pictures and even to go out, they had creams and body care products downstairs, for you to serve yourself, they had big bathtubs like sauna for women apart from men,delicious thermal waters clean yourself and our skin and hair yyvthey have a big arcade on thr while 4edeeex yum jjk j"

"Old hotel but refurbished inside. Staff so friendly and rooftop pool great but they need to sort out the lifts as you can only call the pool lift by using the disabled button. Breakfast was ok but did not change any day and food choices were bizarre with a battered food station and spag bol for breakfast."

"There are many hotels to choose from in the Kirishima area, but I selected Pulse Kirishima because it's only about a 5-minute drive from Kirishima Jingu, making it a great base for sightseeing. I highly recommend booking a room in the Renovated Wing. We stayed in a Superior Room, and it was well worth it. The renovated wing is much closer to the lobby, restaurant, pool, and onsen, making it very convenient. The view from our room was stunning. However, if you're visiting during the summer, keep in mind that you'll likely hear noise from the pool until around 6:00 PM. This hotel is especially popular with families, including grandparents traveling with young children. The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, but if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, you may want to consider another property. At check-in, guests can reserve private karaoke rooms and a private onsen for an additional fee, which is a nice option for families or couples. The parking lot fills up quickly, so I recommend arriving early. The check-in process began around 2:30 PM, with room keys distributed at 3:00 PM. While the process was organized, I think a welcome drink service during the wait would have made the arrival experience even better. There aren't many restaurants in the surrounding area, so I highly recommend booking the half-board plan, which includes both the dinner and breakfast buffets. It was the most convenient option and made our stay much more enjoyable."
