"ロビーの木の階段が美しく、客室の床も木のあたたかさを感じました。 朝食はオムレツやワッフルが出来たてで美味しく、長崎名物もあり、小学生の子どもも満足していました。 朝、浴場も利用したが、清潔だし稲佐山が見えてとても良かったです。 チェックアウト後、午後新幹線に乗るまでの間荷物を預けてグラバー園など観光することができました。 玄関やロビーのスタッフさんはみなさん親切で、快適に過ごすことができました。 8月で長崎の被爆80年。折り紙が1階に置いてあり、平和への祈りを込めて家族で折り鶴を作りました。 思い出に残った良い旅の宿でした。"

"Amazingn place with great facilities and value for money, much better than staying in the centre. Yes it’s far from the station, but take a stroll down to the station in the morning (it’s very pleasant and easy as you are walking down) and then a taxi from the station to the hotel in the evening (if you are tired) as it’s cheap to do that. Would certainly stay there again. The view is really worth it. "

"Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the pool was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka . "
