As we don’t speak French, and the staff working were limited in their English, I had some difficulty understanding instructions. But they were patient, and it was fine. Great location, walking distance to the train station, and there were many sights to see within the area. We had dinner one night at the restaurant bar and it was very good. They also have some great sgnature drinks! We would definitely stay...

"Location is premiere. Room is small but cozy. Elevator fits only 2 persons. Wifi is good. Windows insulate the outside noise very well. Keep in mind, the lobby is upstairs and is very tiny. Coffee and snacks are available. We enjoyed the stay. Next time probably will do more days."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. Staff were super nice especially Mattis. The only negative point was how they designed the shower glass door. It leaked everywhere and ended up with wet floors"

"Very convenient if coming in using Eurostar. From the train arrival, we were in the hotel within 10 mins. Friendly staff, my room was near corner so larger than average compared to my friends. Very unlikely I’ll be in Lille again but highly recommend anyone who does go to book here."
