Cottages in L'Alcoià

This was one of the best hotel stays we can remember and such a hidden gem of a place nestling in a wooded and mountainous area (a national park) yet being only a few km from Alcoy. The hotel is informal in style but fantastically well equipped and clean. The owners are really helpful and friendly but speak very little English - this added to the charm in most respects. Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!

What a charming, and perfectly located hotel. Shower was good and powerful. Room was sizeable and airy with good bed comfort. In the heart of the old town which is so charming. Would definitely recommend

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. We (2 People) stayed at this hotel early November and it was a very good experience mainly because the staff put in such a lot of hard work to achieve this so Thankyou to all of them. The food and service in the restaurant is second to none i have experienced for the price paid, and the cozy downstairs bar has entertainment nightly, some of the acts are a bit hit and miss but if you are lucky enough to catch lizzie G (tribute to various artists) she's a real gem and the bar prices are...

Really great location and staff were really helpful

Hotel was amazing right from the first minute. Greeted at reception then personally taken up to our room. Room was huge with a lovely big comfortable bed. There were free soft drinks in the fridge and a beautiful terrace which overlooked the old town of Alicante. The hotel has a lovely feel about it. You need to stay there to know what I’m meaning. Excellent hotel, cleanliness and comfort of room was 5 star. Hotel staff extremely helpfull with great guidance on local attractions. The only negative thing was the high price of parking at the hotel car park!! We were on a self drive tour of Spain and had a hire car hence the need for parking.
