"Great location, amenities, and staff. However, the room temperature was difficult to control during our winter stay (−25 °C outside). The room was quite cold from about 6–10 pm despite setting the thermostat to 75–80 °F, then became very hot later in the night. Likely a more comfortable stay in warmer weather, hopefully..

"The property is iconic, but it’s also old. So, the comfort is not the best. The self parking is not ideal (you need to navigate up and down stairs through the hallway to get to the lobby, so make sure to unload in front first).
Can’t say I would stay there again, but it also depends on other options "

"Hotel is very well located - close walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Old Quebec.
Buffet breakfast was quite good. Pool, gym, and sauna were excellent. "

"What a beautiful hotel close to everything. Rooms are very clean and staff is so helpful with everything. I just love their breakfast in a basket that is ready and hanging on your door when you wake up. Also the complimentary unlimited cappuccinos and lattes was amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. "
