"The staff were friendly and spoke English. The hotel’s check in time is at 4pm but if you arrive early, they allow you to store your luggage so you can head out and explore the city while you wait. It’s about 20min walk to Old Quebec City but keep in mind the route to Old Quebec js uphill so the walk can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a great stay. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only minor downside was the water pressure in the bathroom was a little bit weak."

"This was an absolutely fabulous hotel; it was quaint and comfortable, the beds were amazing!
Bathrooms set up well, rooms were well appointed.
Breakfast was great - croissants, fruit, toast & jam, cheese, eggs, juice - coffee & tea. Yummy!
Great location for our tours, lots of great restaurants close by!
I’d definitely go back!"

"Heritage Hotel in Old Québec, contactless check-in, but help was just a phone call away when our room code didn't work. The hotel itself has a fin-de-siècle vibe but our room on the third floor was clean, quiet, and full of character (stone wall, ceiling timbers, 4-poster bed). The bathroom was modern and spacious, only lacking some shelves next to the freestanding sink and in the large shower."
