"We very much enjoyed our stay here. The owners were kind and personable. The breakfast was very nice, the apartment was large and comfortable - we didn't realize that they offer apartments and air bnb rooms bec we would have opted for the latter rather than the apartment but it was very nice and had a futon if we needed to accommodate additional people. Kitchen with full size fridge, balcony, and nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own parking spaces, it’s just street parking and another covered public lot down the road. We never had an issue parking on the street, but we were there end of October, I’d imagine it’d be much harder to find a spot during peak season. We definitely recommend staying here and would gladly stay again!"
